0I scheduled for my mother for someone to come out to give us estimate and they never showed up. This is the 2nd company that did this to my old mother. I finally found another company who was able to make their appointment as agreed upon. Did not do business with them and do not plan on doing so in the future.
In going back over all our records for the last 12 months we show of no appointments that we failed to appear at without making an attempt to reschedule. We pride ourselves on keeping our scheduled appointments and showing up on time. If this was an oversight on our part, we deeply apologize. This is not the way we do business. Please contact our office, we will do anything in our power to make this right.
I have been very pleased with my shutters! I did them throughout our house and couldn't be happier. They look great and are high quality unlike some others I have seen. Customer service is excellent too. I highly recommend.

These Polywood Shutters are GREAT! I started with some in my master bedroom and loved them so much I got my whole house decked out with shutters.
