My experience at Sterling's in Warsaw, MO was not good. The owner is dishonest. He will give you a quote, then when it comes time to pay the bill he always made an extra $100 on me and my friends' who I referred to him. I was told by my mechanic (Who didn't have time for me at the time) that I needed a spindle put on my car. Mine was bad. Sterlings owner stated he didn't know why I needed a spindle , that all I needed was my bearings' replaced. He made more money putting bearings in than he would have replacing the spindle. I paid him good and still had to replace the spindle. He installed a motot mount on my motor backwards I lost it driving down the road The replacement mount doesn't come with the rubber bushing andwasher. He replaces parts that dont need replaced. Will tell you one amount one day, the next day will be $10 more. I could go on and on........

Sterling Auto Body is THE place to go for any body work you need done. I was very pleased with the efficiency and quality of work done on my car. I want to thank Paul Kelley. He explained everything to me and kept me posted on my car's progress. He was always courteous and patient with me when I asked all my questions and gave me thorough answers. It was a pleasure to do business with him. Thanks again, Mr. Kelley!

Sterling Autobody is best in customer care and quality of work. I've worked with them and had a chance to see how important the customer is to their business. It is rare to see a company take so much pride in keeping their customer's satisfied with all the work they do. I highly recommend them for any collision repair if you want professional work with great warranties
