Wonderful Buffet. Fresh and yummy chicken and desserts. Quick and fast Drive-Thru service. I have visited Hartz at the Rosslyn location several times. Employees are friendly and efficient. They keep the restaurant nice and clean. They are always helpful and courteous with a pleasant smile. I just moved here and stayed at Villa Nueva Apartment. Hartz Chicken Buffet is only 5 minutes from my apartment. The chicken is amazingly fresh and tasty (as well as all the other entrees) and the price is very reasonable compared to the other fast food restaurants nearby. The restaurant is very clean and tidy. The employees there are very friendly and courteous. They all greeted me with a pleasant smile. After a long hard dog day of work at the warehouse, their pleasant smile really cheered me up and made me feel like at home. It was just a warm feeling. I will definitely visit again soon. Thank you Hartz Chicken and your employees for great customer service. You guys really cheer me up.

I work 2nd shift this week and I was in a great rush to do a quick and fast Drive-Thru, hoping that they could fix me a fast lunch. Doing hard labor work at the warehouse with an empty stomach was never a good idea. From the time I put in my order at the remote ordering station, till I drove up to the pick-up window and paid, my order was ready to go. I couldn't believe that I could get in and out of the Drive-Thru in less than 5 minutes. The service lady handed me my order with a very pleasant smile and greeted me a good day. I always love having a good day. The employees are just friendly and very quick and efficient. Next time when I need fast and quick food service, I will definitely go to Hartz Chicken. Thanks for your fast and pleasant service. P.S. And also your yummy chicken and rolls.
