They are lucky they dont allow 0 stars because thats what they are 0! These guys have the worst customer service ever. I been a loyal customer and the treated me like garbage. Ever since they started making money thats all they care about. Not the customers like they claim! I will never go back and would not recommend anyone either. Their product they sold me broke on me in the same month. Which was two T-VIEW headrest screens. They were both different brightness even though the setting were the same! Then one just stop working all together, while the other one power button broke after turning it off a few times. Then the Jvc touch screen radio was supposed to be fitted in my car. He said it would not stick out of console but it did. When I went today to get my wife's car with a simple radio, it seemed like a all day project for them.The guy doing all the owners talking at first said it be a 15min wait and take 5min to install. I said ok and did it since it would be a few minutes. Then it took them 40min to even get my car and another 30min installing it. Then thier card reader wasnot working and I had to walk to the nearest atm! I told him im a loyal customer and I felt lied to. I told him I was going to come back for speakers but they had horrible customer service. All the owner said was" Well dont come back and have a nice day!" I used to send friends and family but I made sure everyone knows not to!
