Why would they send the car back with it not working?) Radio was working after my fender bender. Mr. Palmer Let my husband drive off the lot knowing it didn't work and had a conversation with him blaming Nissan. Nissan has no reord of my car being there. (4 nissan dealerships in the area) And he's backed by the BBB??? Just got a bill for my overage(10days) of my car rental he said he'd pay for... Of course he isn't returning any of the 6 calls I have placed. Hertz which is in his office can't get him to call them back. That is the last time my husband will ever let my car go to a no name shop.
