The Owner so she said Susan Delgado, refused to release a vehicle after my Veteran friend's 1st DWI, standard procedure they cut his driver's Lic. gave him a permit, he had an expired Lic, A TWIC Card, work ID Badge all with his picture and SHE Still would not accept them and release his vehicle all so SHE could charge for MORE Storage Fees. That I think is a rip Off.. You can't get any better than a Government Background Pictured TWIC card..I know they have requirements but thats ridiculous, it's Mardi Gras weekend and She plans to rake it up on Towings.. And we plan to go viral so please anyone having this experience please post your complaints.
