The waitress stood by the table asking what r u ordering? 2 the point I had to ask give us a min.Paid the bill & noticed it was more than it should have been.That's when I noticed she charged us for each refill, tap water & gratuity.I asked her y the gratuity was added if it was only 2 people. She said its added,says so on the menu.I asked her to c a copy of the menu.She kept going to her manager came back & said I can give u the gratuity back in cash sign the bill.I said I would like it back on my card.Went back to the MANAGER & said she couldn't do that she could give it in cash.The waiter was rude, kept rolling her eyes, sucking her teeth, & did not bring me the menu or mention the additional charge 4 refills. I told her I was not signing the bill till I received the gratuity back the service was HORRIBLE, & she was rude & if she wanted 2 argue I wasn't signing anything & leaving. The waiter came back with the $ & threw it on the table. All tables around me were complaining 2.

This "restaurant" has the WORST service I have ever experienced. We sat there for 30 minutes and no one came to our table to offer us a menu or a drink. They had 2 waitresses for like 50 tables. The ONLY reason why they were full is because of their location. I will never go back there.

The owners of this restaurant insulted my party, used profane name calling, and expected us to pay over 100 dollars for low quality food! This is not a good place to eat on Hollywood Beach do not waste your money!!!
