John and Jim helped to educate me and make the process of getting my car repaired a quick and painless process, and they treated me with great respect. They even went the extra mile letting me know I was in need of new brake pads and thoroughly cleaned my car both inside and out! An extra bonus for moms: their lobby area and restrooms are clean, so having my children there during drop off and pickup was a very pleasant experience.
