So upset!! I've been going to Patty for about a year now for my relaxers and blow out. My hair has always come out great & I've referred many friends and my patients to her. After a year of Patty recommending that I get highlights, I went in to see her today to have them done. I took a PICTURE in to her of what I wanted and specified that I was extremely nervous (this was the first time I've ever dyed my hair) and I wanted MINIMAL color. The picture was of Mila Kunis with dark brown hair (same as mine) and a honey brown highlight. This is what I requested. I told Patty MULTIPLE times that I DO NOT want blonde in my hair! I asked her MULTIPLE times if she was confident and positive that she could do this to pretty much mirror the picture and if she couldn't I did not want to go through with it. She assured me it could be done and I have nothing to worry about.
Needless to say, I left in tears! My hair is dirty blonde! I have NO highlights! My entire head with the exception of my roots which are dark brown is dirty blonde! There's nothing about my hair that is highlighted! I literally have my natural color at my roots & then a LINE of dirty blonde for the rest of my head! It doesn't even fade into the color change. It looks like I allowed a teenager with no experience play around with dye in my head. Exactly what I was afraid of and specifically stressed to Patty is what has happened. To top it all off, when I seen my hair my eyes welled up with tears and I was looking at my hair in utter shock. Patty's response is " Ok blonde, you're all set! It's $120.00 today honey! I know it's a shock, but you'll get use to it." I wish I could upload a picture of what I asked for & SHOWED A PICTURE of with a what the result is, because everyone from my husband to my co-workers have said that there's no way she should've left my hair that way, or collected the full amount. I'm not opposed to paying her for her time, but the nerve of this women is unbelievable! She didn't offer to correct it, ask how I liked it, nothing! Oh, not only that, but she was also supposed to trim the dead ends off (caused by the bleaching) and didn't even do that! I'm going to another salon today to hopefully have this mess corrected. It's really a shame because her blow outs have been pretty good, but this experience is beyond horrible and I will never ever return! Not only has my hair been damaged and probably more so after the correction, but I'm out $120.00 for this women to do something she had no business doing in the first place! By far the worst experience with a salon/stylist/business owner in my life!

This place deserves no stars! They charge you extra for natural hair and the length of you hair! My daughters hair is curly and a little past her shoulders and they are charging me 45 dollars for a wash and set! I have never paid this much to get her hair done ever! Don't come to this place at all the service isn't even good

I use to love going to them, however woke up with crust in my hair to later realize chemical from the relaxer was left in my hair my scalp kept burning all night couldn't understand why!

They will get your hair straight . My relaxer lasts much longer when I go to these ladies but the only downside is I like my hair curled and they don't have Any curling irons around-- so go home and pin curl it you won't be leaving with many curls

Terrible! This was my first time getting a blow out and I left there with a sore dry scalp, my hair was not define, the lady who did my hair rushed the process she didn't even put rollers in my hair and sit me under the dryer which I asked for wash and set, she over charged me and said I had virgin hair when it only took her 15 minutes to blow out my hair versus everybody else it took 20-30minutes, morale of the story they are the worst shop ever and they don't sanitize their utensils before they work on a new clients hair, and somebody needs to send the health inspector there ASAP
