Very rude and unhelpful. When asking questions concerning an older septic system, the person on the phone spoke as though I had no concept of how anything worked and actually refused to do the requested work. I was made to feel as though I was wasting his time with my petty septic tank questions.

I have not used their services (and will not), thus I can not say if they actually do good work.
