I am a Software consultant and Traveled to US.
This is my first time landing Albany Airport, having no idea of US taxi culture.
I used AA Taxi for almost two months in Clifton Park Area and Albany Area
AA Taxi help me in everything and every possible query I was worried about.
They know the HEART of Albany and Clifton Park Area, and VERY VERY Popular and know everything around.
They even extended their help in my time to time transportation and most of the time guided me so that I could save my money and time in settling down in Clifton Park.

Advantages I found:-
1. Price is DAMN LOW compare to other companies in Clifton park area.
2. Attitude is SUPERB.
3. Timing is Accurate.

I STRONGLY Recommend to use AA Taxi service at-least one time, If you are in the area.
Honesty and Good Behavior is what you get FREE!!!

Very good taxi nice and clean,After reading some of the comments I was hesitant but then I saw the taxi was a local company in Clifton park so I called and got a good fare,The rest of the complaints I read are incorrect unless your living in Clifton park you know that the fare is set that way for people not living in Clifton park deal with it or call another cab there's no point for you to leave terrible comments about the fare being unjust when that's the set rate.

Look, I grew up in Chicago. I have used taxi services in every major city in this country and have never been charged such an erroneous rate. $15 for 0.7 miles. Are you kidding? When asked about the rate the driver replied, "this reflects the distance traveled before call to destination plus distance to destination after pick up." I don't know of a service that does this. I have used many taxi services and have never been charged at this rate. Avoid this company by all means. Disrespectful drivers and astronomical rates. Never again.

Wish zero was possible! Horrible service, rude drivers, disrespectful driver, never on time. Oh and they call you names too. Driver told me how many number of ways I should go........myself! (fill in the blanks) I was also called some choice names after he made me miss my appointment.

The service was very reliable , I can call any time when I need a cab. It was altogether a good cab drive . The fair is reasonable compared to other cab services . The customer service he has an accent so sometimes hard to understand but im fine with it I'm not racist like some people .

I would give this company 10 stars if I could !!! Not only was their service excellent, but the driver Kahn (owner) was a life saver when he found and returned our camera the next day !!! So thankful for how honest he was ! Great great company !!

I decided to write this because I called after I read some of the following reviews. All I asked was the fare required for a particular trip.

Hard to understand what the person said. The person was rude when I asked him to repeat his answer. The Cost was exactly the same as a better rated Taxi (who were not rude when I called).

Don't know where the "Good Ratings" came from (??), I believe the bad ratings are more correct for this service.

I have never had such poor over the phone service.

I wrote a long review about this wonderful service and it's not here :( Before I write the whole story again about the owner, Kahn, who saved 2 lives last week, I want to see it this works! Stay tuned for the story of real life hero!

The man driving this taxi is the best i love his clean car he gives me the best fares even durin saratoga season he charged me from cliftonpark to saratoga 30 dollars regular price he told me was 50 omg i saved 20 dollars whoever reads this give this taxi a call !!!!
