I need to have several photographs and a print framed, and went into J. Pocker to look over their frame selection. After spending five-six minutes looking at the frame options available to me, the manager of the shop said quite rudely to me, "I do not have the time for you to look at my entire inventory." There are three other frame shops in Greenwich; Given the poor level of service and hostile attitude at J. Pocker, I will be bringing my business elsewhere.

Nice work but not special. I want special!
