      Never answers the phone,,,email link doesn't work. They
      sent the bill on the same day as a late notice. Had cutoff
      date in 7 days but bill wasn't even due until 10 days after that.

      Greenville Utilities, founded in 1905, provides electric, water, sewer and natural gas services to the city of Greenville, N.C. The department serves more than 135,800 customers. It also provides sodium and mercury vapor light on a wooden pole. Greenville Utilities offers classroom materials, including brochures and pamphlets. Its water treatment plant has a capacity of 20 million gallons of water. The department s outdoor lighting program allows customers to select from lighting types and styles. Greenville Utilities is owned by the citizens of Greenville but operates under a separate charter issued by the N.C. General Assembly. It offers emergency services to droughts and water main breaks. The department s wastewater treatment plant is responsible for removing debris, solid material and pollutants. The office of Greenville Utilities is located in Greenville, N.C.
