My family lost a dear friend in Greensboro. "Send Your Love Florist and Gifts" was readily availalbe on the other end of the phone line to receive my order. Just as expected, the requested basket of lovely seasonal flowers, were in the home when I arrived in Greensboro that evening. It is nice to know that you can trust the one on the other end of the phone line to come through as expected.

This is a follow-up to the May 14, 2008, as well as the owner's business reply on June 22, 2008.A new arrangment was indeed delivered at no cost to my mother's home on Monday June 23, 2008. While I am not able to see it personally, I understand that it is a lovely arrangement with a variety of fresh flowers and is beautifully put together. Mom is very appreciative, and so am I!It is also important to note that, once they became aware of the fact that I was an unhappy customer, Send Your Love Florist took the extra steps to follow-up with me and ask for the opportunity to make things right - and did exactly that.Send Your Love's obvious commitment to customer service has convinced me to use them again in the future.Thank you!

I ordered a Mother's day bouquet for delivery in the Jamestown, NC area. I live in Maryland, and so did not have the ability to visit the location.Relying on the person taking the call, I asked for warmer colored flowers , preferably with some in the daisy category - but otherwise asked them to use their judgement in order to create a nice arrangement. This was delivered on time, but when I asked Mom about the arrangement, she said it was "nice, okay" - but not nearly as nice as some other local florists have provided in the past. By the way, Mom is not a complainer!I asked my sister (who lives nearby and had seen the arrangement) about the quality, and she thought it was either done by someone very inexperienced or cobbled together from whatever floral odds and ends were left at the end of the day.I know Mother's Day is a peak time for Florists, and I called in the order just a couple days prior - but I'm still very disappointed and will not use this florist again.
Recently I placed an order with this florist to be sent to a dear friend in the hospital in Greensboro. When the flowers were delivered it turned out she had just been discharged a short time before. The delivery person phoned to tell me this and ask if I had a home address for the person. Fortunately, my friend was staying with family in Jamestown, NC so the driver took the flower arrangement to the address in that town. He then called me to say the delivery was completed. I consider this the type of customer service that should be a model for all businesses. Thanks to this florist for assisting me in such a professional way! My friend called me to say that the flowers had brightened her day.
i walked in looking for a birthday idea for my wife. I did not have a clue. The staff was very friendly and helpful without being pushy....thank you
Yesterday, I ordered flowers for my Mom's birthday from this florist. I had several questions for the salesperson and they answered with complete professionalism and care. My Mom just called me to say the flowers were designed in an absolutely beautiful and unique way. I believe I hit paydirt when I ordered from Send Your Love Florist. My family and I will certainly be using them again in the future.

Recently, i was trying to send some flowers to a friend in High Point. I tried every shop in the town, and was unable to find anyone open or willing to deliver that day. I found Send Your Love Florist on the internet and figured i would give them try, even though the shop was in Greensboro. A young lady answered my call after only a couple rings and informed me that the shop was willing and able to deliver my arrangement to High Point that same day. She answered all my questions politely and quickly. I was so happy to have finally found someone that was able to accommodate my needs. I will definitely use Send Your Love Florist again!
I found this shop on the Internet because I do not live in the area. I sent an arrangement for a New Baby. I called to place the order and ask some questions, and the service was outstanding! I was told by a friend (not the recipient) that the arrangement I sent was "gorgeous". It was the best of all flowers that had been sent. I highly recommend this shop. It was a pleasure to deal with a friendly and knowledgable person. They did what they promised. I always worry about what I send. I will use this shop again without worry!

I've used this florist for several different occasions in the past and am always well pleased with the look of the flowers and the comments that I receive about them. They are very pleasant and helpful folks to deal with, going the extra mile to obtain flowers that may be hard to get or out of stock. Each time I've scheduled a delivery it has been made on time. Highly recommend this florist.
I have used this florist for over 5 years. The flowers are the freshest I have ever found... the roses last twice as long as other florist I used locally. The employees are knowledgeable and very pleasant. Never a problem with my flowers or gifts.
This florist arranged the flowers for my wedding. They were absolutely beautiful and my guests asked me repeatedly who did our flowers. Once we decided on the designs we wanted, this was one area of my wedding that was totally stress free. My husband and I will use this shop when we need to send flowers in the future.
Great customer service! I feel very comfortable when I phone or visit this shop. The floral designs are unique and beautifully put together and reasonably priced as well. My husband was looking for a 'special, quite specific gift' for me. After calling around several florists that were unwilling/unable to help, he found Send Your Love Florist. They were the only ones willing to help him with his special request. He told me that the staff were friendly, helpful and went out of their way to accomodate his request. I strongly recommend this florist for all of your needs. They do fantastic work.
