I called there right around 4-4:30 on a Friday afternoon with 2 flat tires on my 4 wheel SUV. Not only were they expeditious in getting a tow truck to tow me to their shop but they offered to stay late on a Friday afternoon to make sure I was able to get 4 new tires and have my vehicle that evening. They were friendly, fast, affordable and I would definitely go back there.

I've only been here once, but I'd definitely go back again. Over the past year, I've had 2 other places tell me that my brakes needed to be fixed. I didn't have the money back then, so I just left them till I saved the money. Then, last week, when I had the money, I went to Richlonns. I explained to them that I'd be selling my car in 4 months and didn't want to do any work on it that wasn't safety related, since my car is sort of a beater. Well, after they inspected my brakes, they told me good news... my pads were only half worn and they would get me through the next 4 months! They could have totally screwed me over, but they didn't. They were honest. And for that, I WILL go back there when I get my new car. I'm excited that I FINALLY found an honest mechanic!
