I bought a house in 2007 with brand new WHITE carpet.Three years later, with a myriad of teenagers, houseguests, roommates, a Beagle, two Dobermans and lastly a Great Dane, the stains on the carpet were embarrassingly horrific. I anticipated replacement but on a last ditch effort, gave X-treme a shot.The owner took my call, explained his process and gave me a fair quote over the phone. He was courteous, professional and on time. He looked over the carpet and said he could clean itRED WINE SPILLS and all. I was reluctant to believe he could make such a miracle happen, but low and behold he did! It looks spectacular!!! The room smells fresh without overpowering perfumes and it has been restored to its former glory. I simply couldnt be more pleased. It looks so good that friends have asked if I am going to make everyone stay off of it and my answer is NO. Life is too short to tiptoe around white carpeting especially now that I know X-treme!
