We went to this goodyear while on a trip to Montana. We had a minor fuel leak. The manager said that he was only there until noon (it was 9) and they were too busy (there were multiple workers and one car). We then went to a part store nearby and were able to patch it up ourselves in under two hours. Basically they were rude, refused to serve us, and just sat at a computer eating mcdonalds while telling us they were too busy to help.

I've given this place several chances to provide even decent customer service and it hasn't happened. While they are cordial when they talk to you, the job isn't done correctly and they take no responsibility to correct it. Don't feel respected or cared for as a customer. Feel taken advantage of!

My collage age son had an oil change done and the filter fell off damaging the engine. I am getting the runaround. I will never never do business with them again.
