may be rough around the edges, but he really did all he could to fix my furnance. arrived at my house within an hour of my call. my 30 yr old furnanced needed replacing and he did a quality job for a good price.

Few circumstances are worse than a furnace that won't run in the middle of winter with an impending snow storm. I Googled 'heating and cooling in Grand Blanc' and stumbled upon Grand Blanc Mechanical with its 5 Star reviews. Steve offered to come out within the hour and was very professional and courteous. I have little knowledge of all things heating and cooling, but Steve explained what was happening with the furnace so that my husband and I could determine the best course of action. The price was reasonable and the work was done efficiently. His repairs were completed in less than an hour! Our house is nice and toasty again. I highly recommend Grand Blanc Mechanical and will contact them for any future repairs.

When our furnace quit working on February 16, it got cold in the house really quick. Being on a weekend I knew I was going to have to pay a pretty penny just to have someone come out and look. I was also in a position because I knew the furnace is 25 years old but I plan to move from here soon so I did not want to buy a new furnace. I looked on the internet and liked the idea of using a local business owner. I did some checking and then called their phone number around 2:30 pm. Steve was at my home within the hour. He charged a VERY fair price to check it out and knowing my situation, he really took his time to test everything and try to pinpoint where the problem area was at so that it could be fixed and not replaced. When it came down to a burnt out control board, he offered to call first thing Monday morning and get a price for me and then call me by 9 am. He did just that and was at my home that afternoon by 12:30 pm. He popped on the new board and the furnace fired right up. We were saved! It was so nice not to feel ripped off!!! And the guy is sharp, knows what he's doing. He really is one of those rare business owners that GENUINELY care about people. He's a family man and knows how tough the economy has made it for the little guy. He did me right and I so appreciate that in today's business world! Thank you Steve!
