After beginning his fitness career as a personal trainer, Al discovered the incredible power of healing touch as part of a holistic approach to wellness and underwent the extensive training required to become a licensed massage therapist. Today, under his leadership, BWS on Demand offers custom massages and other modalities to help improve your quality of movement and overall health.
