I could not have asked for better service! To make a long story short, I was undergoing a very stressful and frustrating situation at another dealership, Conicelli Toyota of Springfield, for about three months. While Team Toyota of Glen Mills fixed all of my problems with no hassles in just one day. Joe Krupiak, Jillian Joy and Amanda Goffney assisted me, and because of them my family and I are always going to go to Glen Mills for service. I will happily drive an extra thirty minutes knowing that I will get great service!

I recently visited the dealership for a scheduled service only to find that the new owners do not honor the Brass Ring benefit program that was sold to me as a purchaser of a new vehicle from the previous owners, Carousel Toyota. I say that the program was sold to me because it was one of the main selling points that the salesman highlighted over and over during his sales pitch while negotiating the pricing. Everyone knows, nothing is free, and the cost of these benefits, oil changes, courtesy vehicles, ect. was undoubtedly figured into the sales price of each and every vehicle sold by Carousel. So why would the new owner of the dealership not honor the sales agreements/promises made by the former owner of the business that they now posess? How many thousands of customers have paid for the "Brass Ring Treatment", only to get sheisted? If they won't honor the ongoing agreements of the dealership that they acquired, what reason would one have to believe that they are credible enough to honor future agreements/deals/promises? Deals and promises still get made at car dealerships dont they?

We have had our Camry serviced at Carousel for many years and I have never had a problem. They have always been prompt, courteous and on time. The car was always ready when they promised it and we have never had to take the car back after any work. It's always done correctly the first time.

Carousel has always been a great place to get service on my Toyotas. Recently I bought tires and had a subtle problem of a very slow leak from one valve stem. It wasn't easy to find and took a couple trips, but the service group was ready to take the car in right away and persevered to find the problem.

Carousel Toyota is a great place to do business. The sales group are helpful, and best of all the service group is great. The work is completed on-time as quoted, and the work is done right the first time. We have purchased several cars there and I would recommend them to my friends and family.

The service depeartment is the best, appointments are as scheduled, all are friendly and helpful. I always know I get the best service possible.

I purchased a Toyota 4Runner from Carousel and could not be happier! From the salesperson to the finance department to service, they could not have done more to help me. I would recommend Carousel Toyota to everyone I know. It was an AMAZING experience!!!
