HORRIBLE ! If I could give 0 stars I would.

This place was great when it first opened. It's been steadily getting worse since then. The machines are poorly maintained and always some issue with them.

Will never go again after tonight.

There was no hot water, no signs notifying, no one mentions it.

Washer- screeching sounds and attendant doesn't care or put up signs.

Dryer- laundry still wet and whole place smelt like burnt rubber. No sign goes up.

Attendant- doesn't care or even put up signs when I mention she should for the hot water and 2 broken machines.

Clothing drop off: Picked up and only had half my clothes. Had to call multiple times, go through their lost and found, go back multiple times. Eventually they found my clothing.. Never dropped anything off after that experience.

All positive reviews of this place are so obviously placed by the owner.

My experience with this laundromat went from barely acceptable to bad this evening.

Machines always broken, impossible to get hot water on big machines, and tonight no hot water in the entire place with no mention that the hot water heater was broken until after I asked the attendant why my washers weren't getting warm.

With 5 other laundromats within a 2 minute drive, I will be going to another from no on!

If you want your clothes to get destroyed, drop them off to "Orchard Laundry Service".



They completely destroyed a collared shirt of mine; it was a very bright yellow, and now it's a very dark yellow everywhere except the collar and the sleeves. The lady who washed the clothes had the audacity to fold the shirt and put it with the rest of the clothes, thinking that I wouldn't realize it was destroyed. Not only that, but the owner called my wife "crazy" when they spoke on the phone and my wife demanded to get reimbursed for the price of the shirt. We had set-up an appointment to meet at the laundromat the next day and discuss the matter, but the owner never showed up, and just left us an envelope containing the amount we paid for the entire laundry service.



Simply ridiculous, already filed a complaint with the FTC (consumer protection division). Job well done, "Orchard laundry service"...

I sold my home a year ago and moved to an apartment with no washers or dryers. Then I visited a couple of laundromats with drop-off services. I had my clothes done a couple of times, I was totally unsatisfied. I happened to look online and found a place 5 towns over offering free pick-up and delivering service. I took a shot and called. I didn't think they'd travel this far. When I spoke to the owner, he was very nice on the phone and the thing that stuck in my head is "Its not a problem and if it is, make it my problem!" It will be going on 1 year that I've been a customer. Words cannot explain the professional and courteous service I'm so happy that I found!

I work crazy hours in the city every day. I leave my laundry in the morning and when I come home in the evening, its delivered back to me, folded and smells great! I have a lot of business shirts that I drop off, I was worried about how they would come out. Surprisingly, they were hung on hangers and in plastic. I was so happy with the service! After dealing with the Orchard Laundromat for nearly 8 months, I finally had the opportunity to meet the owner, Rich. He was a very nice and pleasant person to talk to. He welcomed me and gave me a free laundry bag. I told him I talk to you on the phone, but never met you. I'm glad I finally got a chance to meet him in person! He told me there is no set schedule on picking up or dropping off my clothes. I could call even at night and he is always around! One less thing I have to worry about every week.

The Orchard Laundromat has the best and fastest pick-up and delivery service in town! They offered me the same day service when I mentioned "no hurry" on returning the clothes. I received them the same day. Their prices are very reasonable and I couldn't be happier!! The owner, himself picked up and delivered my clothes personally. What a great guy!!

I called several laundromats to request getting my clothes picked up. The Orchard Laundromat was the one place that offered free pick-up and delivery service. Their prices are well worth it! I had my clothes picked up and delivered the same day. The person that folds the clothes did a fantastic job. I gave my own soap with the clothes and they were done exactly as I requested. I could not believe how fast and inexpensive they are! The owner himself called me back to see how satisfied I was. I even received a new Orchard Laundromat laundry bag when I received my clothes. I will definitely recommend the Orchard Laundromat to other people!!!

The Orchard Laundromat is the nicest laundromat I've been to in a long time! I tried several other laundromats in Glen Cove and they were not clean and there was not an attendant there. At the Orchard Laundromat, there is an attendant on the premises at all times, which made me feel safe. I have a young child that I brought with me. He sat and watched the TV and I bought him some chips from the vending machines while I did my laundry. It is so nice to know that there is a laundromat I can go to that feels like home.

I moved to Glen Cove and found the Orchard Laundromat. They are the cleanest laundromat I've ever seen! The people are the nicest people to talk to. I have looked at all the local laundromats and this one, by far is the cleanest and nicest one! Everything is brand new. It is family owned and operated. I even had the chance to meet the owner, who is always on the premises. He is the nicest person you could ever meet! He told me about their FREE pick-up and delivery service, which I tried one time when I was sick and it was great! They picked up early in the morning and I had the clothes back the same day. Thats is fast service! It is nice to feel at home at somewhere new!
