      Make sure you carefully check out this location before you give your deposit. During the winter months, you don't realize that your spring/summer wedding will be viewed by all the guests eating & drinking at all the restaurants and hotel that share the courtyard with The Place (like The Hilton Hotel, Capital Ale and other restuarants). It's like reality T.V. with NO privacy whatsoever. They also DO NOT refund any portion of the deposit if you change your mind like Lewis Ginter & Maymont, etc. offer. The photos they've posted on their website are very misleading.
