Commonwealth Primary Care is a physician practice that provides medical services to patients at six offices throughout the Richmond area. Originally known as four separate practices ? Family Physicians, Henrico Internists, Huguenot Primary Care and Richmond Primary Care ? our doctors joined together with the common vision of a privately owned Primary Care group to care for the wellness of individuals and families in the most comprehensive, efficient and convenient way possible.
