I have been a licensed attorney since 1993. I became an attorney in Arizona in 2003. My practice is focused on family law, probate, and estate planning and professional legal ethics. In general, I assist people to find solutions to legal problems involving their children and families. Concerns involving families can be especially stressful and emotional. I listen to my clients and work with them to protect their rights and interests and those of their families. I strive to fully explain to my clients the financial and legal ramifications of divorce, separation, paternity, custody rights and other situations concerning them and their families. I assist families in planning for their future as well, using marital agreements, wills and trusts and other tools.
