This place is awful!!!!! I went to pay for my pedicure and when I went to pay, I had misplaced my cc

I had a manicure done and the girl did a very nice job. However, the atmosphere was very cold and uncomfortable. I was freezing and everything from the water they dipped my hands in to the dryers at the end were all very cold, which made things worse. All of the staff were wearing their jackets so I assume their heat wasn't working properly? They should have closed until they could get the temps adjusted. Getting the actual manicure is only part of the experience. Feeling pampered and comfortable should be the rest of the experience.

I've been going for years..I love them..the staff is awesome and timely. .and the service is great. U never leave unhappy.

The women working there were very kind, but do NOT know what their doing! I got a manicure and a pedicure done yesterday and the paint is ALREADY coming off! I paid $40.00 for both! The woman did not even clean my toe nails, she just trimmed and painted. I asked her if she could do a design on one of THEIR pallets, and she said she can "try." I will NEVER go there again & I would recommend you don't either!
