I brought my Dyson in around 3:30pm on a Friday afternoon, not expecting it back until the following week (Tuesday at the earliest). It would not start and really need a servicing. It was two years old and I was remiss in its maintenance...and I have a dog. I received a phone early Saturday morning, around 10am, in fact, they woke me up, to tell me my vacuum was done! Unbelievable. I couldn't believe the fast service. I went to pick it up and it looked brand new. It works better then it has since I bought it. They did a great job. I definitely will be using them again for regular servicing. They are quick, courteous, and their prices are reasonable....five stars for them!
