Reina met me at the entrance to the store and immediately made me feel comfortable. She guided me through the whole process of choosing a setting and the perfect center stone, educating me along the way. Reina was beyond helpful and never pushy. She showed a genuine interest in me, my fiance, and our entire love story. I recently went to devotion and met Reina. She was professional, and spent time education me and my girl friend on diamonds. I will be back and highly recommend her.

Devotion - A smartly appointed "gem' of a jeweler that draws one in by an understated sophistication, soothing palates of color, ambient lighting complimented by intimate meeting spaces designed for private, personal consultation. Our entrance to the boutique, was met with a warm greeting and the professional qualifications of Reina Slim who made us feel welcome and comfortably at-ease. Reina was extremely patient listening to what we were looking for. Perhaps most importantly, Reina understood we were not "settled" on any particular style or design. Reina took the time to introduce us to her Manager, Susan, who was very actively engaged in researching inventory while Reina continued to work with us. This quality of service is why we chose to purchase our wedding bands at Devotion. We know, without question, the same level of service would be afforded us now or in the future, whether we find ourselves at a Devotion location or one of their small family of stores.

I truly love the staff at Devotion and their parent company Perrywinkles. From the moment we walked in, I was amazed by the knowledge and passion the staff has on their product. Andriana worked with my fiance, and made sure everything was perfect for my Grace setting. I love the fact, that I was able to have my grandmother's engagement diamond in my dream setting with no questions asked.It was truly an amazing experience and cannot wait to get my wedding bands from them.
