I am a licensed massage therapist with a private practice in Gainesville, Florida. I am a graduate of the Therapeutic Massage & Hydrotherapy Program at the Florida School of Massage and a professional member of both the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) and the Florida State Massage Therapy Association (FSMTA). My primary goal as a massage therapist is to create a safe and supportive environment that empowers my clients to become active participants in their own healing processes. I am committed to implementing a holistic, client-centered approach with an emphasis on unconditional positive regard. I will work with you to develop a personalized treatment plan that meets your specific needs and goals, whether you are seeking reduction of pain and tension related to a chronic health condition, enhanced recovery from a specific injury (either alone or in conjunction with your current rehabilitation protocol), or just a relaxing break to restore balance and effectively relieve the stresses of your busy life.
