GOT OIL???

Kwik Kar (Paloma Creek in June 2010) took the oil out, but never replaced it. Engine locked up. Greg (the Manager) refused to release their garage policy and stated that a Kwik Kar mechanic had to replace my engine. I refused and contacted my insurance company ,since I was reluctant to give them a second chance. If you can't do a basic oil change, I sure would not give them the opportunity to replace my engine.

Overall - I would NOT recommend Kwik Kar!

This place is a rip off. I went in for an oil change and inspection and they messed my vehicle up, amd then they wanted to charge me to fix it. Do not use this business. They are rude and will rip you off.

I will never go back to this location. The manager is extremely unprofessional. My car was not fixed properly and I had to go get a second opinion after they tried to align my vehicle because they did not align my car properly. The manager refused to re-service my car along with insulting me in front of customers since I was female. He assumed that I knew nothing about vehicles. I will never go back to this location and do not recommend anyone else to go to this location.

I've had nothing but BAD experiences with this establishment. The last time going to get my oil changed took almost 2 hours. They were set on providing my inspection that wasn't due for 4 mnths instead of the oil change. They were to put a new air filter in my car, didn't put one in at all. This cost me $300, no car for 4 days and work time. As a single mother that relies on a vehicle to pick kids up from daycare and get to work, that is completely unacceptable. Just a bunch of careless 18 somethings working there.

I have now had 2 bad experiences with this company. Once cost me over $100 for a mysterious engine belt suddenly "shredding" after an oil change was completed. Today, a vehicle that I have had inspected for the past 2 years without incident is now failed due to " too dark of a tint" even though that is how I bought the truck. the manager explanation was ... I guess we are the only ones doing it right. then proceeded to get a lecture form the cashier that they will loose their license. Very disappointed, but it was my own fault, after the belt issue, I should have known better. It stinks when time is of the essence.

I will return to their business with all of my vehicles as well as tell others to come and get their vehicle serviced here.
