I have been taking our 3 cars to them for 5 years & feel that they are honest and do good work. They never try to do more to my cars then they need done.

They are very honest. We were told that our car needed several hundred dollars worth of work by one of those oil change places. Scared, we took our car to Frisco Automotive for the "necessary repairs". They were honest and told us that our vehicle did not need even half of what the other place said. They did the true necessary repairs at a price that was more than fair. THIS IS AN AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR SHOP THAT DOES NOT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE!!!!!!

I thought the days of AWESOME customer service were dead and done until the transmission went out on my car. The team at Frisco Automotive is a throw back to a day that just does not exist in the automotive repair business. 5 stars does not do them justice. They found an issue with my car on top of a bad transmission that I did not know even existed. This is a family owned business and you can tell that the moment you contact them. Jason takes care of business. I HAVE NEVER received 5 star treatment until I walked through their door. If you have something wrong with your car and you do not have a warranty take your car here. Oil change right here, inspection take it here. They have my business for life and I own a 2000 Ford Focus, not familiar with it, then have some fun and google it. It will make you grin. This is how a business should be ran. If you take your car anywhere else you are crazy!!!!!!!
