Came in for mani/pedi: Going through serious growing pains. Technician messed up gel french manicure several times. Finally someone stepped in to fix and help. atmosphere nice but chair was dusty, poured cold water for feet and staff kept apologizing for everything that was going wrong giving excuses for poor service, stating "new place means new technicians and they don't know what everyone can do yet". I asked for a design on big toe for pedicure and they looked at me like it was a strange request. I was offered water but no wine even though web site offers? Staff once again apologize that man who "was to mix wine was not there" Overall Very frustrating experience. Not even worth the 30% off. I was there for almost 2 hours for a mani/pedi - crazy
