Dr Mullen is a great doctor, fun personality and takes his time to see that I am
comfortable even with my feet ailments. If I am hurting, I get in right away.
I am in the medical field and have high expectations of every doc I see.

Dr. Mullen keeps me moving! ( When my feet hurt... everything hurts) so I rely on him and he never disapoints.... If I ever need surgery he is my go-to!!!!

Dr. Mullen is awesome. I work in health carwe at Saint Agnes Medical Center so I have contact with physicians on a daily basis. Dr. Mullen is by far one of the best podiatrists in the San Joaquin Valley. Great patient rapport, detail oriented and one fine surgeon. By the way, I first met him in clinic at the VA Medical Center here in Fresno, where he had taken care of a close friend of mine for years. He still goes to the VA Clinic once a week because he cares about our Vets!
