Joe's Crab Shack is one of the largest seafood restaurant chains in the United States, with most of its locations on waterfront properties with large patio seating areas. It was established in Houston in 1994 and has more than 120 locations in over 25 states throughout the U.S. Joe s Crab Shack serves a variety of seafood, salads, burgers and sandwiches, steaks, chicken, pasta and beverages. The restaurant chain s menu also includes blackened tilapia, wood-grilled salmon, coconut shrimp, Parmesan shrimp pasta and shrimp pasta Alfredo. It also offers merchandise, such as T-shirts and stuffed toys. The restaurant chain organizes several community programs and fundraising events.
