Spectrum did an OUTSTANDING job on our carpets today. Dan, Spectrum’s employee text’s us multiple times and upon finishing his earlier appointments he texted me and asked could he arrive early and I was great full as we had dinner reservations. So we went over the spaces I requested to be cleaned and he started. He was punctual, courteous, and above all he respected our home and its contents. Upon completion, the quote was exactly what we had agreed upon during the online/telephone appointment. Dan is a veteran as I am and they provided a veteran discount to boot! We've just had the Spectrum service in our church facility and needed the job to be done in between removal of pews and delivery of new sanctuary chairs. The Spectrum team was superb in their timely responses to questions, courteous coordination with our schedule and outstanding carpet cleaning work. I can easily say that 2011 has not been particularly kind to us. Without going into a long detail of the negatives, there was a highlight of the year and that was Spectrum Carpet of Frederick, Maryland. Our septic system had a blockage inside our home because of what now appears to be careless construction by a previous septic service company. After a call to our insurance company Nationwide (another highlight) we barely had time to turn around before Jim showed up and totally without delay removed rug and sanitized the area of our basement affected by the leakage. The personal attention given to the problem and to us was in one word AMAZING. We cannot thank you all enough for helping us and being there when we needed help most. No delays, no need to call and make appointments, YOU WERE THERE. Perhaps 2011 was not all that bad after all.
