Provided by YP.comI had an inexpensive laptop which finally died on me after 2 years. Contacted PC Exchange to obtain another low priced laptop, and also to get the data transferred from my broken computer. I found Hal, the owner very straightforward and quite fair with his pricing. I saw that the previous reviews were from 3 yrs. ago; but all I can say is that I would highly recommend them to anybody with computer issues.!!!!

Provided by YP.comThis location should stop hiring Keefe Tech rejects and look for real help, maybe get some technicians with "some" computer knowledge. All you get at this store is blank stares and attitude from a computer illiterate chubby hispanic. This person seem very inattentive and impatient. He did not seem interested in helping distressed customers and the worst part of all, he was texting while I was asking him questions about purchasing 8 or more used desktops for my office. Overall poor experience, will not be a repeat customer...

Provided by YP.comI went into pc exchange last week to get my current laptop looked at as I was having problems getting online, I was greeted by a hispanic tech, who told me its not worth repairing my new laptop (only 6 months old) and he had a laptop at his house he can sell to me for $200 cash. I felt very strange with what he was offering and asked again if I can just have my laptop looked at, again he pressures to sell his laptop at his house for $160 saying he will give me $40 off, at this point I just left and googled another computer repair store...

Went in there for a laptop diagnostic as my system sound was not working properly. The tech told me he could fix the problem if I paid him $40 cash, he charged me $40 to un-mute my computer my son muted... I did not receive any repair invoice for the $40 I spent, think he just pocketed the cash.....
