Absolutely, hands-down the WORST dry cleaning experience of my life. As I arrived to pick up my large amount of dry cleaning, the girl behind the counter immediately rung up my order and processed my credit card... Mistake on my part. As she brings out my clothes she tells me that they decided against cleaning a dress that I had brought in because it was "heavily stained". When I had dropped the dress off, it was in mint condition (maybe a few wrinkles). My dress looked like it had been sent through an incinerator. A dress that was once orange was now blackish brown and burnt to a crisp. I had worn the dress days before, so I was positive I had not sent my garment in with even the tiniest stain on it. She refused to do anything about my dress and claimed it had not been sent to the warehouse where they do the cleaning. They offered me the option for ME to pay to send my dress to their “lab” to test if it had been dry cleaned or not. I very seriously doubt this lab even exists. Outraged, I finally left my name and number for the manager to call me asap. It has been 5 days and I have still yet to hear from him/her. They were also supposed to refund my card for the $9.00 fee that was charged against me to clean my dress. This dress was a loss of $200, and Comet Cleaners will not even give me a phone call or explanation. I think it says a lot about a business when you have to lie and scheme your customers over one article of clothing. These people are scam artists and are out to take your money with zero customer service in mind. If you care about the quality of your clothing, do not take them to Comet Cleaners.

Rarely open when schedule to be open. Will not return phone calls or clothing. Horse show customers from Will Rogers Memorial Center should not use this cleaners.
