We moved on Friday,Nov 18. Noticed damaged table top and bent dresser the following Monday and Tuesday.. Didn't call to report damage until Friday Nov 25th. Was told by the woman in the office that 96 hour grace period had passed and not their policy to do anything. Told her I would tell my story to social media. She then accused me of threatening her. I told her to have a nice day. Two days late through a weekend and Thanksgiving is ridiculous!
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
Accidents happen so handle them.
