      STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS.



      Purchased a wedding dress from them. Due to time constraints they recommended that I take the floor sample. The floor sample had a few stains & pulls. Pita promised that the dress would look like new & that the stains and pulls would be fixed.



      The stains & pulls were never fixed. When I went to pick up the dress I was told that 'its a sample what do you expect'. That's not what they said when I purchased it. They told me whatever I wanted to hear to get my money and once they had it they failed to follow up on anything.



      Pita and Zola promised to add a bustle to the dress so I didn't have to hold my train the entire time. THEY NEVER ADDED IT. We called them the day of the wedding & they said they would send someone over immediately to put a bustle on the dress. They took down my information & NO ONE EVER SHOWED UP.



      Why lie to me and see someone was coming?



      OH AND DID I MENTION THE DRESS WAS $3600!!!!!

      Let me start by saying that Zola herself is a gem. She was such an incredible help in finding, altering & accessorizing my wedding dress. The gals on her staff are all super helpful & knowledgeable and Zola's seamstress is top of the line. They gave me incredible attention and service from the first day I arrived in the store up until my final alteration when they shipped my dress up to Charleston for our destination wedding. My wedding day went off without a hitch and I have received a thousand compliments about my dress. Thank you to Zola & her staff for making my day and my dress SO perfect. - Tina Hofer Medico
