My review of Clayton County Community Service, first of all they provide excellent customer service. They try to assist you in a timely manner, which I think they do a excellent job of compaired to the number of people and attitudes that comes through. I have had excellent service with you you all. The only thing that I would ask to be changed is that when you you all say that you are taking appointment for a certain Month and leave a message and someone will get back with you and you do not get a call until the next month then it to late. Emergency assistance should be taken care of within a two week period. Dont get me wrong I know that you all get swamped with phone calls, thats why the message should say we will try to return your call in a timely manner, that way you are tell the customer that its not deffinent that we will return your call before the month is out. But over all you all do an Excellent Job.
