I've seen Dr. Gradeless for more than 10 years for services ranging from routine cleanings to creation of a full upper. He and his staff are very kind and take the time to explain things and options in a clear manner. Noteworthy are 2 of his hygienists, Lynn and Justine. They are very thorough and like his other staff, are very friendly and able to put you at ease. When arriving, you can always expect to be greeted in a friendly manner, and on departure, expect to be offered an apple.

I have been a patient of Dr. Gradeless for many years. Dr. Gradeless is not only incredibly knowledgeable and experienced but also very caring and friendly. He explains thoroughly what he found and what needs to be done. I have never felt anxious about his treatment. The hygienists do excellent job, too. Entire staff provides outstanding service. They are very friendly, professional, always on time and make you feel welcome and comfortable.
