I had GREAT SERVICE from this store. Mike was very helpful and seemed interested in helping me get the best quality for my money. I actually had the best customer service I've ever had at this location... the guys asked me my favorite artist to listen to, and they played all of the songs I loved as a child, as I wait. Afterwards they answered all of my concerns regards to the re-man of the cartridge. Last but not least, my cartridge was just like new!!!

this store use to have good customer service until recently. the new owner definatly needs to work on his customer skills. I will go to the newnan store for now on.I dont know what happened to the old staff but they may want to look into hiring them back , they were always a pleasure
