      Boys & Girls Republic is a private, nonprofit agency that has served youth and families since 1890. The mission of Boys & Girls Republic is to help at-risk youth become contributing members of society by providing high-quality services in a safe, supportive environment. Its program is designed for young people between the ages of 12 and 18 who are delinquent, have suffered abuse/neglect or have serious emotional problems. Its residential program takes a multi-discipline approach to treatment. This begins with a comprehensive assessment to develop an individualized treatment plan for each resident. Boys & Girls Republic is located in Farmington Hills, Mich.
