I'm sorry I'm late to write this review but I think is important. Around the first week of March I went shopping to this store. I l really liked one particular pair of boots but sadly, they did not have my size. Joanne was so friendly and willing to help since the beggining.She was calling other stores to order the boots for me and confirmed they would arrived on time for my daughters birthday party. I really appreciated her taking the time for me. I must say I went to other Burlington stores like the one in Arlington and the service was horrible. None is willing to help, they automatically tell you they don't have the item "sorry". none offers help. Its like their customers are invisible or a nuisance. I thing you have a good thing going on on that partucular store becaasue Joanne was amazing and the other colleagues seemed very friendly. So "keep the good work" and Thank you so much Joanne.
