I had the worst experience at Roland's!!! I have been a customer of theirs for a long time...until I had a problem with their product. They put "out of round" tires on my car. They were bad tires and vibrated as I drove. When I returned (after confirming the problem with my mechanic) they treated me like I had no valid complaint and then put me in line to have it checked. Long story short...2.5 hrs later I left and they reluctently replaced my tires. The fact that they gave me bad tires was one thing...the fact they they dismissed my complaint then made me wait in line for over two hours to resolve it, was absolutely rude, bad business and insulting. You will never see me walk into this shop ever again!!!!
