Terrible Experience

Back in April I went to this place and ordered a CORAL color dress for my daughters Quinceañera, the owner, Lucy requested a deposit which I paid, last week I received a call from Lucy telling me that the dress had arrived, to my surprise the color of the dress was HOT PINK! When we questioned this and asked Lucy to send it back to the company she had ordered the dress from Lucy got very upset and defensive saying she couldn't do this and that the color of the dress was actually CORAL PINK, thought that was ridiculous and after telling her that we had all the decoration in coral and that we're running out of time she just said we HAD NO choice! I demanded to get my deposit back, she she refused and I ended up spending Mother's Day shopping for a dress, luckily we were able to find it in Santa Clara. This has been my worst experience ever, I would hate to see someone else go through this.

The worst customer service. Phone number is a fax number . The sign says open on Saturdays and it was closed. The reception ordered for us a tuxedo and 4 days before we need it she calls that she can't get the shoes when she said it wouldn't be a problem ...horrible service.then she says well I will just cancel your order. Wtf...really 4 days before we need it never go here

One of the best places to get a dress for a reasonable price. Very good communication as well.

Not in business phone works but person is very rude and doesn't indicate that the phone number is incorrect.
