I was made to feel very uncomfortable that I had forgotten my last appointment. I was repeatedly told, "well... since it's been so long, we will have to charge extra, and since it's been so long, we can't get the cleaning done in just one hour. You'll have to come back for a second cleaning." After this, my teeth were scraped for over 30 minutes very hard. I'm not sure how much enamel I have left, but my whole family will be cancelling all further appointments with this dentist and finding a new one with some people skills and less vengence.
