If you want the old-fashioned customer service - go to WAGS DOG EMPORIUM. I have been to WAGS DOG EMPORIUM and they have always been very nice and pleasant as I window-shopped. One day I needed to buy my dog a set of booties and they sold the ones recommended by my vet and I asked if I could bring my dog in and they said they would love it. They treated my dog, Ally, like she was a princess. They put her booties on to make sure they were the right size, they had her walk around to make sure they were comfortable. My dog and I both ate this up and loved it. They are great and their prices are about the same as any other pet store in town. I have talk to many people in Eugene, OR and they know this store and love it as well. I just wanted to give an excellent review for them.
