children here were treated as animals. worst doctor. my boy waited for three hours and then were looked at for 10 min.

I was in the office last week and i had such a wonderful experience starting with management. The office seems like its changing for the best and the manager understands that us patients are important and are seeking the best professional care possible . I believe that whatever changes the Doctor has made will be a positive impact on the practice. GREAT WORK!!!

I just recently had an appointment for my daughter and was under a lot of stress and the manager (Celia) was very sweet and made sure we were taken care of. In my 17 years of taking my daughter there, no manager made us feel this way! Just a simple and sincere, "Are you ok", meant a lot! Thank you for that.

Worst experience ever! Very bad service had to wait over a month for an appointment, and once I went to it there was over 3 hours of wait time! No place to sit and the receptionist was very rude! When I finally got to see the doctor, she seemed to be in a hurry and she came in and out, very bad service, she proscribed an ointment, then had to wait another mnth and a half for our next appointment which again longest waiting time and service was very bad for her to again provide another proscription for eye drops. I then decided to go to a different DR who can accually listen to what's going on and fix it worst experince ever!!
