Having been a customer of this company for about 2 years because they were Homegrown El Paso co-members, I must share how disappointed I have been in their recent efforts. My husband is oxygen dependent and cannot live without air conditioning. When my HVAC unit stopped working again, All Air came out and I asked them for quotes to repair and/or replace the entire unit. I called several times to follow up and they never did provide the information or have the courtesy to say we can't or don't want to provide this service. They just didn't respond even with several calls. I had to have my husband stay elsewhere while I found another contractor and got a new unit installed. In a life threatening situation, this company didn't come through.
