- I began doing rain gutter and downspout installations back in 1986. Soon, I realized that there was a need for this great product, thus the business idea came to mind. As soon as was possible, I studied for and passed the test for a c-43 contractors license, which allows me to work as a California contractor in the sheet metal trade. In 1997, the company was incorporated.
